Due to the overwhelming popularity of the 2024 IFFO Members' Meeting, there are no further rooms available in the IFFO block at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel.

We did secure alternative accommodation at the nearby HYATT REGENCY CORAL GABLES but the deadline for accommodation was 20th March.  Some nights are now sold out and the standard room type may not be available.

Rates are quoted in US dollars (US $) per night.  

Room rates EXCLUDE any applicable taxes (currently 13%), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of check in, which will need to be added on.  Rates of tax are subject to change and as a result the final amount of payment according to the hotel will be amended in line with any change in applicable taxes.

Check-in is 3pm.     Checkout is 12 noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you cancel your accommodation (in part or in full) within 48 hours of due arrival date, you will be charged to your credit card for 100% of the total nights cancelled (room rate, service charge and tax). 

In case of no-shows on the due day of arrival, you will be charged to your credit card for 100% of the total nights cancelled (room rate, service charge and tax).
