To book a guestroom from the IFFO block, registered delegates will need to book direct with the hotel via a special link issued after you register. Further details can be found HERE.

Each room features a queen-size bed and the bathroom includes ESPA products.

Guestroom rates are quoted in Euros (€) per night.  Group rates are valid for the period 15 - 28 October but are subject to availability. 

Room rates include buffet breakfast in the restaurant, WiFi and tax.  Rates of tax are subject to change and as a result the final amount of payment according to the hotel will be amended in line with any change in applicable taxes.  

Payment:  Accommodation and all other extras and incidental charges shall be paid directly by the guest during checkout.  A pre-authorisation of the full amount of the guests’ stay will be blocked on the credit card upon check in.

Rooms in the IFFO block are for registered delegates and only one room per delegate can be booked.

With regard to the Accommodation deadline, this relates to rooms in the IFFO block at the event hotel.  However, please note that if all block rooms sell before the deadline, IFFO will not be able to guarantee a room at the conference hotel and it may be necessary to secure rooms at an alternative hotel.

To help you secure the room of your choice please book early as rooms are available strictly on a first-come first-served basis and you may not be able to secure your preferred choice.

** SKY LOUNGE

Guests of these suites marked in the table above with ** can enjoy access to the Sky Lounge, complete with boardrooms, private check-in, dining and business facilities, and offers spectacular views of Lisbon from the 24^th floor.  

The Sky Lounge is open 7 days a week from 7am until 7pm.

          Breakfast is served:   7am - 11am.
          Canapés are served:   12 noon - 7pm.
          Afternoon tea is served:   3pm - 5pm.

Access to the Sky Lounge is included with suite category (Deluxe Junior Suites and above).  Guests in any other room type do not have access.

BREAKFAST

Complimentary breakfast served in the main restaurant is included in the room rate.  

For any guest taking breakfast through Room Service, the Hotel will charge the rate à la carte (Room Service menu) to the guests’ individual accounts, to be settled before departure.
