Each guestroom features a double bed or two single beds and is furnished with a LCD television, large desk and complimentary Wi-Fi.  The bathroom includes bath and shower, hairdryer, slippers and L'Occitane amenities.

You can also appreciate the in-room Nespresso coffee machine, minibar (chargeable) and safe.

Guestroom rates are quoted in Euros (€) per night.  Group rates are valid for the period 7 - 18 May  but are subject to availability.

Room rates include buffet breakfast in the restaurant, WiFi and VAT.   Rates of tax are subject to change and as a result the final amount of payment according to the hotel will be amended in line with any change in applicable taxes.  Room rates exclude all other meals.

Payment:  Accommodation shall be paid directly by the guest during online booking.  All other extras and incidental charges will be charged at checkout.

Rooms in the IFFO block are for registered delegates and only one room per delegate can be booked.

With regard to the Accommodation deadline, this relates to rooms in the IFFO block at the event hotel.  However, please note that if all block rooms sell before the deadline, it will be necessary for delegates to make their own alternative arrangements.

To help you secure the room of your choice please book early as rooms are available strictly on a first-come first-served basis.

The event hotel is a Smoke Free Property.

BREAKFAST

Buffet breakfast, served in the Breakfast area on the 1^st floor of the hotel, is included in the room rate.  

For any guest taking breakfast through Room Service, the Hotel will charge the rate à la carte (Room Service menu) to the guests’ individual accounts, to be settled before departure.
