Pre-Payment: When the hotel receives your reservation, the TOTAL amount will be charged to your bank card.
Hotel’s cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made without any charge until 8th April 2025. After this date, if you cancel your accommodation (in part or in full), a refund will not be possible.

VP PLAZA ESPAÑA DESIGN 5* (event hotel)

GUEST ROOM AVAILABILITY - VP PLAZA ESPAÑA DESIGN
A limited number of standard guest rooms have been block-booked for IFFO delegates. Please note that rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all block rooms sell, IFFO will not be able to guarantee a room at the event hotel and it will be necessary for delegates to arrange their own alternative accommodation. Therefore, we encourage you to register early.
