Below are the deadlines for registration and accommodation bookings:

Early Bird Registration :  Friday 21 March

Accommodation at event hotel (subject to availability) * :  Tuesday 8 April

Registration only (without accommodation) ** :  Friday 2 May

*  Please note that rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and if all block rooms sell before the accommodation cut-off date, IFFO will not be able to guarantee a room at the event hotel and it may be necessary to secure rooms at an alternative hotel.  After the accommodation deadline, you may need to find your own alternative accommodation.  Therefore, we encourage you to register early. 

**  Please note that if the event reaches capacity before the registration cut-off date, registrations may close early.
