IFFO – The Marine Ingredients Organisation will hold a Webinar on 29th and 30th of November. It is open to both IFFO members and non-members and free of charge.
The first session will start on 29th November at 15:00 Beijing Time (8:00 Central European Time). IFFO’s Dr Enrico Bachis will focus on global fishmeal and fish oil markets while Jon Tarlebø, Chief Sales Officer, TripleNine Fish Protein A/S, will dive into European markets. Fishmeal quality, as well as krill meal production, will be discussed by IFFO’s Dr Brett Glencross and Aker Biomarine’s Helen Yu.
The second session will start on 30th November at 8:30 Beijing Time, with a focus on American and Chinese markets. Speakers will share their views on Peru’s fishmeal and oil production (James Frank, Managing Director, MSI Ceres SAC), Mexico’s fishmeal and fish oil production (Armando Coppel, CEO, Maz Industrial), and discuss how to sustain aquatic food supply in China (Prof. Wenbo Zhang, Shanghai Ocean University). Prof./ Dr. Xia Fan, Director of National Feed Quality Control Centre (Beijing), will address fishmeal detection.
This webinar’s target audience includes staff from procurement department and technical department of Chinese feed companies, Chinese fishmeal producers, traders, academic, relevant government organisations, industry associations.
