REGISTRATION

All changes to registrations must be directed to events@iffo.com as soon as possible.  Requests for any amendments to registrations will not be accepted by telephone.

ACCOMMODATION – The Westin Cape Town Hotel

To make a change to a reservation delegates should email the hotel direct, to tracey.naryan@westin.com as soon as possible.  Please ensure to include your name and hotel reservation number (which can be found in your accommodation confirmation) in any communication with the hotel. The hotel will not be able to consider your request without this reference number.

A reduction in the number of nights booked can be made with no penalty until Friday 22 September.  For any reduction after this date, you will be charged for 100% of the total nights cancelled (room rate, service charge and tax); unless the hotel is able to resell the room for the cancelled nights.   

Cancellations

All registration cancellations must be directed to [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you cancel your registration on or before Friday 6 October, your registration fee will be refunded after the event.  If you cancel after this date, your registration fee will not be refunded.

ACCOMMODATION - The Westin Cape Town Hotel

To cancel a room, delegates should send an email to IFFO via [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you cancel your accommodation (in part or in full) after Friday 22 September, on behalf of the hotel IFFO will make a charge to your credit card for 100% of the total nights cancelled (room rate, service charge and tax) unless the hotel is able to resell the room for the period cancelled.

In case of no-shows on the due day of arrival, on behalf of the hotel IFFO will make a charge to your credit card for 100% of the total nights booked (room rate, service charge and tax).

THESE CHARGES WILL BE FOR THE EQUIVALENT VALUE IN US DOLLARS ($).
