This webinar will provide insights into the latest practices on the sourcing, traceability, production and utilisation of by-products. Pelagia’s Arnt Ove Kolås will present how increasing levels of processing close to fishing grounds and utilizing the whole fish for both feed and human grade oil are part of Pelagia’s core strategy, with the main challenge being on the vessels. MarinTrust’s Emily McGregor will then present on how companies can have their by-product sourced ingredients certified under Version 3 of their factory standard. Both will discuss with IFFO’s Brett Glencross how companies can maximise the value of every fish and better retain valuable nutrients in global food chains.
